Our homes are like fingerprints. No two homes are the same, so we do not have the base pricing you'll find with traditional builders. Each home is bid out with your specific selections, and things like land development & land, HOA, and/or county requirements are worked into our budgets and vary greatly depending on where you're building.

Since each home is tailored to a specific customer, we do not have a formal display. However, we do have several homes we can show by appointment. We encourage you to schedule a meeting with us at our office, which is loaded with features that go into our homes.
Absolutely! 99% of our customers come to us with their own land. If you need help finding a lot, our team is happy to help assist in finding you the perfect piece for your dream home.
The preliminaries can vary as that is where we are making your home selections and making sure you're happy with your final number. Once construction has started, the average length to build is around 8 months from foundation, however this can vary depending on the size and complexity of your home.
Yes, we can build your plans, we are custom after all! Buyer beware of purchasing online prints as they are often not drafted by a licensed architect and have costly errors on them. You are welcome to use our plans for inspiration, or tweak our existing plans to fit your needs.
Absolutely! You can select every detail or lean on our team for guidance. Either way, we'll make sure your home is a reflection of your style.
All of our houses start with the same standard features included. You can take those features and further upgrade them as you see fit!
We offer a To-Be-Built (TBB) option, which is your traditional financing option and Cost Plus, which is our most popular option. Check out our blog about these options on the main page to go more in-depth.
